Tecsar Engineering provides dedicated resources and field services on every project including functions such as: Onsite Construction / Commissioning Support, Factory and Site Acceptance Testing and Documentation, detailed Inspection / Test Plans along with field walkdowns equipment / installation inspections to ensure all performance based criteria laid out by our clients is achieved.

Planning and Development

During detailed design, our Commissioning Team will help define the roles and responsibilities of key resources in combination with all checkout and commissioning requirements by completing thorough reviews of all project related documentation such as Construction Work Packages, Drawings and Specifications.

We will set out and develop a detailed commissioning schedule to ensure that all 3rd party resources and Speciality Contractors are aligned with the Owner’s objectives and start-up requirements.

Implementation

Having members of our Commissioning Team onsite during implementation phase of the project helps greatly reduce the burden on Owner’s resources such as Maintenance Technicians and Operators.

Clients and Owners can rest easy knowing that their project / requirement has been thoroughly checked by members of the Tecsar Commissioning Team that have been a part of the project since the early design phase.

Professional documentation to validate, record and ensure that all items of the design have been incorporated including deficiency tracking and punch list items will be managed and tracked by members of our Commissioning Team.

A multi-phase approach to validate all facets of the installation will be executed including: Field walkdowns upon mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning, Wet/Dry Commissioning activities, Site Acceptance Testing and Process Proving will be right-sized for every project.

Client Turnover

Upon the successful start-up and commissioning of every project we will ensure that the Client is provided with a complete, up to date set of record drawings and test plans to guarantee that your installation was installed as laid out at the initial onset of the project.
